Sharron Etheredge labeled the roses in addition to providing our coffee and Ray Etheredge gave me a long list of what he did. In the interest of time, I will summarize that he fertilized numerous fruit bushes and vines, planted a Queen Elizabeth rose (which he donated) and spread compost in the rose bed – and spent 6 hours filling out the sign-in form with details of all of the above. (His words!).
Besides doing a great job of being sidetracked and supervising the delivery of 24 yards of mulch, Marcia Pauley managed to prepare a new bed for planting.
