Garden Lead Kathy Hawkins put forth the idea that we might bring some color into the garden by painting several of our inanimate objects. The idea was well received, with some rather interesting suggestions, and it seems we may start with the butterfly habitat and at least one of the water pipes. A painted bucket of rocks will be placed beneath the pipe/faucet for effect. Cool! I can just see pinks and blues, but the palette has no limit. Great idea! Kathy may ask if anyone has leftover paint that might be suitable. Outside variety –and I assume bright colors only! (Or --- some can be purchased and donated.)
