Roxanne Moye and Carol Harcharik worked in the butterfly habitat last Wednesday, and then Carol went on to accumulate a sizable collection of shot weed. It is a shame that stuff can’t be put to some good use, as we do have abundance. And I can add some from my house if we run out!
Well, actually Donna shotweed is edible and great in salads. It is sometimes called little bittercress. It is very nutritious!
