Rosemary Long and Martha Alexander deadheaded and cut an assortment of dahlias which Kathy Hawkins used to produce a beautiful arrangement for the Annual General Meeting of the MGF, held later in the day.
In the cleaning crew, Martha and Rosemary went from dahlias to cleaning the worm bin and Lois Maynard spiffed up the plants in the heeling bed. The roses were stripped of the dreaded black spot by Sharron Etheredge and Sandy Livermore . And Don Goldsberry composted everything the diligent crew threw his way.
