The park, located on Tracyton Boulevard at the intersection of Fairgrounds Road, features a pond, WSU Master Gardener's demonstration garden with a butterfly garden green house, a wide grassy area, picnic tables, and 200-foot stretch of beach.
Roxanne Moye and Carol Harcharikhad to make hard decisions last week on what to do with the hanging baskets in the butterfly habitat. They reported that there arebunchesof eggs, about 10 chrysalis and at least 2 caterpillars.
